i found the location ideal. it was close to attractions and public transport. the room provided ample space and natural light. the staff managed check-in with efficiency and courtesy. i did like the hotel's overall ambiance.
the elevator service experienced slight delays at peak times, causing minor inconvenience.

fresh fruit helpful staff modern bathroom
i liked the breakfast. it included lots of fresh fruit. a staff member assisted with my luggage because i was nervous using the lift. the room was quite large with a modern bathroom, very functional.

My room was a standard double room! it had tea and coffee making facilities! the bathroom was lovely! the breakfast was really nice. It had a lot of choices. i walked a short distance from the central station to reach the hotel! all shops and amenities were close!

the location was ideal for exploring. i found the staff friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. i appreciated the room having a lovely view of the castle.
i noticed some dated decor. the room felt quite cold upon arrival. the breakfast offered was not to my taste as eggs and hash browns were very greasy.

The reception staff were helpful and cute when I arrived. I found the cleaning staff to be very kind. They even chatted with the kids (we were travelling with family). The hotel is beautiful, and it is well-kept. The beds were amazing.
The lift was not working, a slight inconvenience given my room was on a higher floor.
